Can you stop talking? I'm trying to hear that filler music. Thanks! 😉
Good vid, seriously, but I HATE BACKGROUND MUSIC IN TUTORIAL VIDS!!!!!! What is the point? Are you not interesting enough? Is your advice not riveting? Are you afraid the ADHD crowd will be bored and listen to the silly music over which you're talking?
No more o' that, pleaaaaaase.
Okay thanks. :D
I love you Simon!!!!!!!
What is the purpose of the lever opposite the valve?
The only problem is when I put the tyre back on that's the only part I can't do
I have changed the inner tube. And now tyre appears to bulgy. Could this be because I didn't inflate the tube before installing ? Yes, I am an amatuer.
Thank you, thank you. I ride a hybrid touring bike. I take long rides, often alone. I really needed this video. Good to practice at home before hitting the road.
hello, i find your video very helpful but just as the last person commented, i also have problems with my new inner tube. i inflate it and an hour later its flat again. I've replaced it with two different inner tubes and it still does it again. what I'm i doing wrong?
hello ! great video, thanks ! I have a question. every time pump air into my back wheel, it slowly deflates so that a couple of hours later it's flat again. i don't know what the problem is. do you think I should change the inner tube ? any theory as to what went wrong ? front wheel is totally fine.
thanks again mate
tnx!
that was easy. well I fixed a bike I bought for 30, now I'm gonna try to sell it for $80
fingers crossed 😅
Great and straightforward video! Thank you.
Thx for the help:)
Good tip about the tire levers 12-15cm apart. Thanks for the video!
Great video. Thanks.
Very useful
I got my first flat and my inner tube said low lead, should I be concerned
How I can repair a puncture between a ride?????
Thank you! https://instagram.com/p/BIsI9c2hGQD/
wanker
Could you use a spoon instead of a tyre lever.
You went way too fast, I couldn't follow.
Is it advisable, or even possible to take an extra inner tube, tools, pump for a long ride (~140km)? I think along the way, there are 20km stretches with no bike shop in sight.
thank you!
Too fast, not enough detail.
Thx fam much easier than u thought
awesome
I can't do it fuck
This guy is pretty hot :D
my ultegra rims make it impossible to remove tyre by hand with Rubino's and One's anyway
I seem to always be pinching my tubes when I try to put that last bit of bead back on, is there any way or technique to avoid this?
When putting the last bit of tire bead on it is better to do it near the valve as Michelin recommend. One need to push the tire bead to the bottom of the grove. The valve prevent the bead from falling in the grove.
If you start the bead at the opposite end of the valve you most often do not need a tire leaver and you do not pinch the new inner tube.
Once the bead is in all around push the valve stem in to make sure that the inner tube is not under the bead to prevent blow out.
I would recommend NOT checking the tire for objects with your hand like he does in the video. If it's a sharp object like glass or a thorn you could get cut.
i have got both back and front punctured tires pls help me
Thanks for the quick and easy help :)
how about in mtb? in front wheel? will it affect the hydraulic brakes?
the valve doesnt pop out of the hole in the rim when i put it all back together, what do i do?
excellent…. thank you
I still can't believe that in all your tyre changing video's you still haven't mentioned checking the tyre position with low pressure to make sure the tyre is seated correctly and how to do this using the line on the side wall. If it's not seated correctly it may not pop off, but could end up creating a small bump in the tyre as your riding along. Am I the only person who does this check???
