Bikemanforu has a great video on fitting inner tubes and tires, worth watching, this video is not just teach you all that you need to know.
I am surprised to see you make the classic mistake of not checking the tire as you inflate at stages, masarging the tire so it is beaded correctly to the rim and you failed to point out to check the valve can easily move in and out before you start to inflate. So many little things that should of been pointed out.
So for cantilever brakes you put the wheel back on the bike, THEN inflate it?

Very helpful, thank you. Did this on two wheels yesterday but one problem is the inner tubes and tyres appear oversized at first, so not always easy to mount the tubes and tyres onto the wheel. You made it look a lot easier.

Putting the tube into the tire before attaching it to the wheel is a faster method in my experience. Why is it preferable to attach the tire first?
I have a problem with my tire. When i'm done and inflate the tire it looks like it has a flat side and the rest is normal. And if you ride the bike it feels like your going on bumps on the road.

In indian tyres you are not able to move the second lever across the tyre bead and remove it it gets stuck. I also was not able to fix back the valve directly i could fix valve from inside the tyre only. Dony know the tyres here arent that flexible as shown in the video
